He graduated from Fayetteville High School and the West Virginia Institute of Technology, receiving his Bachelor of Science in Hospital Administration with the cum laude distinction in 1995. He attended the John Marshall Law School in Atlanta, Georgia, completing his requirements in an impressive two and a half years. After Anthony passed the Georgia bar exam in 1998, he returned to West Virginia, passed the state bar in 1999, and married his high school sweetheart, Jennifer Salvatore (formerly Jennifer Johnson). Anthony has helped countless families with their legal troubles in all parts of West Virginia, including Fayette, Mercer, Raleigh, Wyoming, Nicholas, and Kanawha counties.

Anthony, Jennifer, and their daughters, Josie Lynn and Addison Mae, reside in Fayetteville in the historic district. He enjoys automobile restoration and car show events — a hobby handed down from his mechanic father. With a fondness for automobiles and the mechanics behind them, Anthony is particularly passionate about representing clients who are dealing with automobile problems.

Mr. Salvatore is a member of the Fayetteville Town Council, Town of Fayetteville Municipal Court Judge, and a Mental Hygiene Commissioner for Fayette County. He has also been an adjunct faculty professor at West Virginia University Institute of Technology in the Health Services Administration field.
